Welcome to Knowle, a haven of beautiful independent shops, restaurants, boutiques and businesses.
Knowle dates back to the 13th century and has a number of attractive listed buildings, a beautiful park, Knowle Locks on the Grand Union canal and beautiful countryside. We’re in the borough of Solihull, just a few minutes down the road from Solihull Town Centre.
We have recently received funding towards a range of local improvement projects and wish to commission a freelance Project Manager to support the implementation of these projects over the course of the next 3-4 months.

When you support local, you support local businesses, local suppliers, local jobs and local people.
With a host of independent retailers, salons, restaurants, cafes and pubs, situated in a triangle of streets with a mix of heritage buildings, a visit to Knowle is a pleasure for visitors and residents alike.
Knowle is very easy to get to, with free parking for the first two hours and public transport from nearby Solihull, and other local areas.
Would you like to see a chilling and social space something like this in Knowle:
We are delighted that Visit Knowle has been awarded £17,000 by Solihull Council from the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Fund. We plan to invest in our village centre with seating and planting and maybe more in the form of a ‘Parklet’. We’re proposing to position this on the High Street.
